This is a fantastic opportunity for someone suitably experienced in a facilities / caretaking / client-facing capacity to join a South Nottinghamshire Christian charity. In May 2021 The Rock Church took on the management of Lutterell Hall, a community building in West Bridgford. Due to continued growth we requires a Facilities Assistant to join the team to assist with the operation here as well as at other local buildings we own.
We are looking for an energetic and motivated person with good initiative to help us ensure that all our facilities provide a safe, clean and welcoming environment to our end users in line with one of our core values which is to ‘Pursue Excellence’.
The role will include a wide range of responsibilities and duties connected with the fabric of the building, health & safety, grounds and facilities maintenance and security.
This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week (early/late shift pattern including weekends on a rota basis). Salary: £20,000 plus 25 days annual leave.
