This is the page to book your exhibition, trade show, craft fair or similar event where the normally members of the public are invited to attend.
You can choose from various timeslots listed below on either a Friday or Saturday.
Lutterell Hall has excellent access routes for all those invited to attend your event.
Please note: as per of terms and conditions, hire times relate to 'your' access - advertised times need to factor in any additional set up and packing down you need to do.
The main hall can be set up however you want and is all part of the hire charge.
The standard layout for these types of events are with rectangular tables around the perimeter of the room as well as in the middle to maximise space and create a 'walk around circuit' .
Our new lounge and bar area is the perfect accompaniment for your event. This is open to the public on Friday's between 9.30 and 3.30pm, but not open on Saturdays. However, for a small extra charge we can open up the coffee shop exclusively to the people attending your event on a Saturday.
With a design in-keeping with the art décor features of the historic hall, the coffee lounge is a great place for people to drop in to before or after attending your event.
One of the latest additions to the hall is our audio and visual equipment. No longer is there any need to bring in your own PA system as we have a quality sound system for you to play musicthrough or make announcements.
We also have built in media projectors and large screens that you can use to play videos, show announcements or compliment your event with whatever visuals you like.
The bundle also includes some stage lighting and atmospheric lighting for the main hall.
Some events lend themselves to requiring refreshments. Our self-service hot drinks station can be set up ready for a break in your event - free of charge to all your guests.
