Looking for a spacious room for your child's party? Want a West Bridgford location with on-site parking? Want a large venue with plenty of run-around space for up to 50 kids? Want a competitive room hire cost? Then look no further!*

What's more, there are plenty of add-on's you can select to customise your party package which means less work for you. Read the options below and select whichever you require at the bottom of the page.

Bookings can be taken anytime between 10.00am and 3.00pm on Saturdays. 


1. Booking times should include any extra setting up or setting down that you may need to do in addition to any chairs and tables that will be set up and taken down for you.

2. Bookings can only be made up to 12 months in advance

Hall Hire (including tables and chairs)

The hall has plenty of room for kids to run around in.

As per our terms and conditions, the maximum number of children allowed is 50.

Set up and pack down of any tables and chairs is all included in the price leaving you one less thing to have to think about.

You can have the room set up in any way you wish, but below are 6 popular layouts for you to conisder.

Audio Visual Package

Our AV Package gives you some terrific ways to enhance your party experience:

  • Music - utilise our brand new PA system by blasting out some party tunes! Simply provide your own playlist on a USB stick or just plug in your phone/tablet/laptop!
  • Lighting - we can shut all the blinds to black out the room and turn on our party lights to create a great run-around experience!
  • Microphone - if you want to communicate to the kids through all the noise a party naturally brings, then you can use our microphone to get everyone's attention!
  • Projectors - the hall is now kitted out with two large screens which you can use to play videos on or to just put up a birthday greeting message! (please let our team know in advance if you would like to utilise this facility).
Bouncy Castle

A bouncy castle is a great accompaniment to our AV package with music and lightshow, especially in the large hall where kids have plenty of space to race around and enjoy the party vibe!

A standard 13ft x 13ft castle will be provided from the options shown below. Please make your selection during the booking process. Other inflatables are available, including castle and slide combos and larger castles. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

(Please note: a responsible adult must monitor the castle whilst in use in order to adhere to our Health & Safety Policy.)

Soft Play & Ball Pool

Is your party for a toddler? Or will young children be coming as well? Subject to availability, the following four themed sets are available. Each soft play set includes 17 pieces on mats and the ball pool is 6 x 6ft in size.

Just select your preferred style at checkout and we will get back to you to confirm availability. Alternatively, get in touch prior to booking to check. 

Parent's Lounge (without Bar)

Why not invite all parents to stay in our lounge which adjoins the main hall? Instead of having to go home for an hour before coming back again, you can chill out and chat in our newly refurbished lounge.

Parent's Lounge (with Bar)

If you're booking out the lounge then you may want to have the bar opened and staffed for you to purchase alcoholic, soft and hot drinks (including '200 Degrees Coffee') as well as a small selection of snacks.

Party Meals

Want to offer food for all party guests, but don't want the hassle of buying all the ingredients and preparing it yourself? For just £7 per child, we can supply the following*:

  • Sandwiches (with a selection of fillings)
  • Snacks (eg Mini Cheese and Onion Rolls, Mini Melton Pies, Mini Sausage Rolls, Pork Cocktail Sausages, Mini Sweet Chilli Satay, Cantonese Chicken Satay's)
  • Hot Pizza slices (eg Cheese & Tomato, Ham & Pineapple and Pepperoni)
  • Crisps (variety)
  • A selection of soft drinks
  • Selection of cupcakes

All seating will be set up in the hall on arrival.

Please enter the number of party meals you want when prompted towards the end of the booking process.

*Please note that our food is sourced pre-packaged from a third party supplier and we are unable to accomodate specific dietary requirements such as vegan or gluten free alternatives. As such we are also unable to guarantee the total absence of particular allergens. 

Kitchen Hire

We have a great value food option (above) that you can utilise, but if you prefer to feed the children yourself, you may want to make use of our kitchen for food preparations. If so, please select the 'Kitchen Hire' option below. The kitchen includes a commercial microwave oven as well as two conventional ovens with electric hobs and 2 fridges should you wish to use them.

Please note that we do not supply crockery, cutlery, cookware, kitchen utensils or napkins as part of the Kitchen Hire.


If you want to add a premium finishing touch to your party you can hire our white premium tablecloths for the meal tables. Whether you're using rectangular tables or round tables, we have the right size to fit and a competitive price to match. Simply select the number you require towards the end of the checkout process (a separate page to the add-on services).

Outdoor Play Area

This is not a public space, but can be hired out. It's a great addition for smaller children to enjoy at any stage during the party.

Please note: as per our terms and conditions - No children over the age of 12 allowed in this area; Parents must supervise children at all times; the Play Area will be closed between 8-9pm as the sun sets; Anyone acting inappropriately in the play area will be asked to leave and not return for the duration of the hire; The play area is inspected after every hire - any damage found will charged to the hirer irrespective of who caused the damage.

Points to note

Entrance to the Hall

Most clients like to use the side entrance for access a) because it is straight off the car park, and b) because it means you don't have to worry about any members of the public wondering in of the street (they occasionally do for general enquiries or to use the loo!). So with practicality and safety in mind, we'd suggest telling your guests to use this entrance.


Please note that our terms of use do not allow for any pinning, taping or sticking! But there are several hooks around (particularly in the pillars that allow for hanging banners, bunting etc.).

Also on our terms you'll see that Helium balloons ARE allowed, but confetti discs are NOT.
