If you have a half day or full day conference to plan for up to 190 delegates, then we have a high quality, cost-effective solution for you. Whether you're a business, charity, church, or any other organisation, Lutterell Hall is ready to help you organise your best conference to date!

Conferences are available to book on Saturdays with the following timings:

  • 8.30 - 1.30pm (morning - half day)
  • 11.30 - 4.30pm (afternoon - half day)
  • 8.30am - 4.30pm (full day)

Please note: Above booking times are 'access' and 'departure' times for you, not for your delegates.

We have various options for you to choose from below to give you a custom solution. Please contact us to check availability and make a booking.

Conference options

Hall Hire & Set Up

Theatre style seating (in rows) is our default seating layout for conferences, but if you require something different like a 'cabaret' set up (5ft diameter round tables), just let us know.

We'll make sure everything is already set up for you before you arrive (set up and pack down is part of the hire charge), leaving you to add any finishing touches you may want.

Audio Visual Package + Venue Manager

One of the latest additions to the hall is our audio and visual equipment. No longer is there any need to bring in your own PA system as we have a top quality sound system for you to access. This includes two microphones for conference hosts and any presenters/speakers.

The bundle also includes stage lighting and atmospheric lighting for the main hall, that can be adpted to suit your chosen colour scheme.

Also included in the AV Package is one of our full trained team members, who will be on hand for the duration of your event to co-ordinate all of your auido visual requirements, ensuring your event goes without a hitch.

Hot Drinks Station

Our hot drinks package gives you a self-service station of tea and coffee during your conference.

If you choose to book the services of our Venue Manager, they will ensure that this is kept topped up for you throughout the duration of your event.

Venue Manager

We strongly recommed booking this option if you want to ensure your conference runs wihout a hitch. One of our highly experienced team will be your disposal throughout the duration of your event to take care of the following tasks:

  • set/change lighting between sessions and during presentations
  • make sure presentations are loaded properly and working
  • be on hand to trouble-shoot any issues
  • make sure temperature of room is comfortable throughout the day
  • replenish your hot drink station (if booked)

Coffee Lounge & Bar

We have renovated, decorated and furnished the old refreshments area in a vintage art-deco style with a modern twist. As well as a fully licensed bar selling draught beer & cider, we have partenered with 200 Degrees and our fully trained baristas are proud to be serving their 'Switch-Up' charity blend as our in-house coffee.
